Clothing – Less than 60 days
We are aware that buying clothes online involves a certain amount of risk. This is why we have implemented a policy of guaranteed satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a garment's size, appearance or comfort, you may return it for a refund (exceptions apply, see *NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS*)
- In store with your proof of purchase.
- By mail, at your expense ($10 + taxes will be deducted from your refund).
Other items – Less than 60 days
- If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online at regular price, you can exchange it or get a refund in store with proof of purchase, or by mail, by returning it intact, in its original packaging.
Any item – More than 60 days
- Beyond the 60-day period, only the manufacturer's warranty applies. This warranty does not cover excessive use, breakage or normal wear and tear.

- We do not issue refunds on bikes, tires, tubes, glasses, shorts, bibs, underwear and special orders.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
In store
- You can exchange an item or get a refund in our store.
By mail
- Either contact us by email or phone and our team will provide you with a return label to be stamped on your package. A fee of $10 + taxes will be deducted from your refund. No exchange is possible by mail. Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by their return label. Please note that refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the items.
ORDER ERROR
- In the event of an error from our part, a postage-paid label will be sent to you by e-mail in order to proceed with the return.
